My name is Leah Kaplan. :-) I’m a cybersecurity practitioner, educator, writer, and chronic lab builder. I graduated from the SANS Technology Institute with a degree in Applied Cybersecurity, and I’m especially interested in security automation, technical education, and making complicated things less complicated.

I’m also very interested in fashion, occasionally work as a pro bono stylist, read a concerning number of mystery novels, watch an equally concerning number of horror movies, and firmly reject the idea that being technically competent requires pretending you always know what you’re doing.

Cyber Stylist is where I build the resources I wish I’d had when I was learning: labs, writing, experiments, and occasionally something I made because I thought it would be funny.

I don’t know everything; no one does.

And instead of waiting around for the resources I want to exist, I’m making them.
